Returns
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Items that don’t meet these conditions may be rejected.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- You can still start your return through the portal or email

Store Credit
- Choose store credit and we'll add an extra 10% on top of your refund value
- Sent as a digital gift card to your email as soon as your return is processed
- Never expires — use it on any future drop
Refund
- Issued to your original payment method
Keep Your Item
- On some eligible returns, we may offer you the option to keep your item and receive a partial refund — no shipping, no waiting
- If your return qualifies, you'll see this option automatically in the returns portal
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll be notified once it’s approved
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Your bank may take additional time to complete the transaction
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect — DO NOT return it. Contact us instead.
Email support@aniqi.com within 5 days of delivery and include:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
Once confirmed, we'll send a replacement or make it right — no return shipping needed.
Important Notes

Sale items, mystery boxes, shipping protection, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returns must be requested before sending items back
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy
- Excessive or unusual return activity may be reviewed and declined
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered:
- Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier
- While we’ll always try to help, ANIQI is not responsible for packages marked as delivered
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
ANIQI is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delays or losses caused by address errors
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.
European Union – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU orders, you may return your order within 30 days for any reason.
Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
If the order has already shipped, it will fall under this return policy.
