Returns

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Items that don’t meet these conditions may be rejected.

International Orders 🌍

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • You can still start your return through the portal or email

Return Options

Exchange

  • Swap your item for a different size or product
  • Subject to availability
  • Processed as soon as your return is received and approved

Refund

  • Issued to your original payment method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified once it’s approved
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Your bank may take additional time to complete the transaction

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If something is wrong, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Your order number

Once confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement or the best possible solution.


Important Notes

  • Sale items, mystery boxes, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returns must be requested before sending items back
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy
  • Excessive or unusual return activity may be reviewed and declined

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered:

  • Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier
  • While we’ll always try to help, ANIQI is not responsible for packages marked as delivered

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

ANIQI is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delays or losses caused by address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.


European Union – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU orders, you may return your order within 30 days for any reason.

Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

If the order has already shipped, it will fall under this return policy.
