1. Trademarks

ANIQI is a trademark of Gibli Group LLC, registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The ANIQI name, logo and brand marks may not be used without prior written permission from Gibli Group LLC.

2. What ANIQI owns

Gibli Group LLC owns, or holds a licence to, the original creative work it produces for aniqi.com: the ANIQI brand assets, the original graphic and embroidery designs created by or for ANIQI, product photography and video, website copy, and the layout and design of the website. This work is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

3. Third-party rights

ANIQI does not claim ownership of any intellectual property belonging to third parties. Where third-party names, marks or works are referenced on this website, they remain the property of their respective owners, and nothing on this website should be read as asserting rights in them or as implying sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

4. Use of ANIQI content

Content on aniqi.com that is owned by Gibli Group LLC may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, sold or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law. Permission requests can be sent to support@aniqi.com.

5. Unauthorised use of ANIQI's original work

Where ANIQI's own original designs, photography or brand assets are copied or offered for sale without authorisation, Gibli Group LLC may send a notice to the party concerned and pursue the remedies available to it under applicable law.

6. Reporting an infringement

If you believe that content or a product on aniqi.com infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, contact our designated intellectual property contact at dmca@aniqi.com and include:

• identification of the work you believe has been infringed;
• the URL of each item on aniqi.com you are reporting;
• your name, company, postal address, email address and phone number;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We review properly submitted notices promptly and act in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act where it applies. This may include removing or disabling access to the material identified.
